Huddle up on Safari!

We enjoy a wonderful winter climate between May and August that is characterised by warm, sunny and dry days with temperatures typically ranging between 16-25C. This winter is particularly special as not only have we introduced a fantastic Stay 3 Pay 2 Offer (valid until 31 August 2014) but we are also celebrating our 10th Anniversary with ‘Random Acts of Love’. From 22 May 2014 and lasting one year, these may include surprise ‘gifts’ from the staff, special touches with your evening turn-down as well as a celebratory cocktail, amuse bouche or dessert specially created using local flavours.

Winter is one of the best times of year to join us on safari as the roads are accessible, the bush is thinner and the waterholes more sparse, making the wildlife more concentrated and easier to spot. It is also a romantic time. Following an exciting day out exploring, the reserve guests cosy up around roaring fires with a glass of South African red and some delicious, freshly prepared food.
