Thanda celebrates Christmas with over 300 children!
Each year Thanda celebrates Christmas with the children that live in the three local communities around us. Last weekend we visited three villages with our porter Sipho, one of our longest standing members of staff, dressed up as Father Christmas.
We delivered activity books & crayons, caps, fruit, sandwiches and sweets to over 300 children. And besides Christmas carol singing a bit of traditional Zulu dancing was also on the program. And even Father Christmas joined in!

How lovely to see happiness and joy being brought to the local children at Christmas ……..it brought me joy to see as a South African so far away in New Zealand
Wishing all the wonderful Thanda team a Merry Christmas🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 ……such magnificent memories I have of my weekend at Thanda in April 2013. ………a place of happy returns for sure !
