All creatures are worth shooting

One of the things that we feel makes us special is our offer of a complementary photography lesson to all our guests during their stay. Christian Sperka, Thanda’s Resident Wildlife Photographer, provides a 90 minute session to teach guests how to capture Thanda’s great and small beautifully on camera. The 90 minute session includes how to set up their digital camera for wildlife photography and introduces guests to motion photography.

Aside from these short lessons, Christian also offers longer photography sessions that take guests out into the bush for a more practical experience. Citing that it is often the smaller creatures that provide the greatest opportunity to work on the motion/wildlife photography skills these sessions cover a variety of wildlife subjects of all sizes. Those booking a Private Photography Safari Vehicle will be guided and taught by Christian during a morning or afternoon game drive.
