Birth Place!

We were just a few minutes late to witness the birth of this Cape Buffalo calf. As we arrived it was bonding with mum and after a little while started looking for the females udder. It was quite amusing to watch as this little male calf searching. He got quite a cheer when he found what he was looking for. We stayed with this happy scene for over an hour and only left when the little one was already capable of jumping up and down. What a Thanda sighting!
